A healing session begins with a reading of your energy anatomy.   Here I look at your chakras, the aura, past lives, ancestral burdens and what ever else presents itself to me.  I then talk with you about the energy blocks or interference that is keeping your from your goals or from expressing yourself most fully.  

We then discuss and proceed in healing processes that best serve your highest good.  Healing sessions look different for each person depending on individual needs.

Active visualization

Transformative art process 

Together we will form a spiritual maintenance program which may include a custom made flower essence, suggestions for change of diet, lifestyle and building or reshaping a spiritual practice.

The goal of this healing work is to put you more fully on your life's path and allow that which does not serve you to fall away.  

My approach for healing is to create a sacred safe space that enables you to feel free to express all that is occurring for you.  My favorite part about this healing work is watching my clients step into alignment with there highest self while accessing their own awareness and intuitive knowing.
